Receiving Your Animal

The adopter should be available to receive the animal at the agreed destination or collection point.

Upon arrival, carefully check the animal and its transportation container. If you have concerns about the animal’s condition, contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant details.

Animals should be transferred into an appropriate, prepared environment as soon as reasonably possible after arrival.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

Exotic animal transportation may be subject to specific laws and regulations depending on the species and destination.

The adopter is responsible for providing accurate destination information and complying with applicable local requirements, including any permits, registrations, licenses, or other documentation that may be required.

Where appropriate, we may request documentation before transportation is arranged.
